Shelburne has always had a voice…and a song. Once known across the country as Fiddleville, home to great musicians and musical festivals, the voice of Shelburne still carries on. My very own grandmother was always the eldest fiddler in town and even played for the “Folks at the Oaks” when she was in her 80s. Now the big Hertiage Music Festival brings in visitors from all over and the town has grown leaps and bounds. All sorts of different musical influences can be heard walking down the street, in cars and on the radio. At the heart of Shelburne will always be the little town with a great big voice.
